How to use
1. Before and after each use, clean the cup in warm water and dry it. For better sterilization, you can boil it for 2-5 minutes.
2. Fold the cup in any convenient way.
3. Insert the cup into the vagina. For comfortable insertion, you can place a little lubricant on the rim. Inside, the cup will open. You should not feel the cup or any discomfort. If you do, remove and reinsert.
4. Wear for up to 12 hours.
5. Remove the cup after 12 hours or as needed. To release the vacuum, slightly squeeze the base of the cup and slowly remove it using the loop.
6. Dispose of the discharge and rinse the cup. Store it in a clean, dry place.
