Payment Methods and Terms

You can make payments on our platform using the following methods:

  • Card Payment: We accept VISA and MasterCard from any bank.
  • Cash on Delivery: This service is available only within Tbilisi, upon receiving the order from the courier.

Important Order Information:

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Please note that this only acknowledges receipt of the order. The order is considered finally confirmed once the products are prepared and handed over to the courier service for transport.
  • Pricing: All prices on the website are listed in Georgian Lari (GEL) and include Value Added Tax (VAT).
  • Changes: The shop administration reserves the right to change prices, special offers, or ongoing promotions at any time.
  • Delivery Costs: Transport fees and delivery times vary and depend on your specific geographic location.

Delivery Information

Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly and comfortably as possible. You can choose from two convenient delivery methods:

1. Standard Delivery

  • Coverage Area: Throughout Georgia (Tbilisi and all regions).
  • Timeframe: You will receive your order within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Process: After payment, your parcel is processed and handed over to our partner courier companies.

2. Express Delivery (Glovo / Wolt)

  • Coverage Area: Tbilisi only.
  • Timeframe: Your order will be ready for the courier in just 1 hour.
  • Efficiency: This is the best choice if you need your products urgently.

⚠️ Important Rules and Recommendations:

  • Precise Address: Please provide an address where you will be available during the day (e.g., your workplace address) so that the courier can reach you without delay.
  • Communication:
  • For Standard Delivery, you will first receive an SMS notification.
  • Subsequently, the courier will call you to agree on the exact time of delivery.
  • Re-delivery: Please note that if the courier arrives at the specified address and you are not available, a second delivery attempt is a paid service. This fee will be added to the original delivery cost.
  • Response: Please respond promptly to the courier's call and receive your order without delay.

Anonymity and Privacy

Your privacy is our priority, and we ensure complete anonymity:

  • Opaque Packaging: Your order is placed in gift wrapping or black, opaque packaging. There is no information on the outside indicating the store name or the contents of the package.
  • Minimal Information: Only the shipping number and the recipient's address are noted on the package.
